Lower cotton prices won't show up in merchandise on store shelves until late spring of next year. We ship anywhere in the USA, Canada & APOs (we love our troops, I was one for 11 years). We also have local pick ups arranged around YOUR schedule if possible. We do not have a store front.... What is your return policy and what is Fast Cat's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees, but Fast Cat is changing that! In all custom orders you will be able to review and approve artwork. In addition, the details of your order will be completely explained to you in writing and approved by you. We will not start the manufacturing process until you are 100% satisfied with the design and details of your order.
We deliver high-quality custom products - products that look just like the artwork and or samples that you have approved. If the custom products you receive do not meet your expectations, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please notify Fast Cat immediately regarding any shortages or misprints. If it is determined that there were errors in manufacturing or the product differs materially from what was approved, than we will replace all flawed or defective merchandise. All returns will be reprinted, sorry no refunds will be given. All reprints need to be approved by staff and also returned to Fast Cat Screen Printing LLC 102 Mohawk Street Enterprise AL 30330.

How can I get a price quote on an order?
The best way to get a custom price quote is to drop us a e-mail or give us a call. There are so many variables that determine the final cost of the items such as how many items, How many ink colors, how many different print locations, color of Item, artwork complexity etc.....
How can I pay? and what is the turn around time?
We accept local personal checks, Master Card, Visa, Cash, Money order and PayPal. Payment in full is required before we will order any merchandise. We do have terms for large organizations and schools that may want to use a P.O but we will need a copy of the P.O. before we order any merchandise. Our work is guaranteed!
We can usually finish an order in 1 week, but we tell people to try to give us 2 weeks incase there is a problem, UPS,Order Problem etc..... We can rush orders if we are not backed up free of charge but if we need to move the schedule around to accommodate your rush order there will be a charge.
What is the maximum amount of colors you can do with screen printing?
Do you offer a "proof" of what the item will look like printed?
We can do 4 colors + the color of the shirt for a 5 color effect. We had a larger press, but found most customers were not willing to pay for a 6 color or 8 color shirt. This savings is passed on to you!
Yes! A digital mock up of what your item will look like will be emailed you for approval before we go to print. If Fast Cat Screen Printing LLC creates the artwork for the customer, the customer will have an opportunity to proof the art prior to production. Customers should carefully review their graphics and should pay particular attention to spelling if your graphic incorporates words. If exact printed colors are critical to your project we recommend that customers verify the colors chosen for print against a Pantone book, proofs against a paper print or computer monitor screen for color cannot be guaranteed.
Once the customer approves the artwork, Fast Cat Screen Printing LLC will not be held responsible should the order be completed and later found to have errors due to spelling or other issues when the final product's graphic matches the customer approved art.
Customers are ultimately responsible for insuring their artwork is correct prior to order production. When customers submit their own artwork for an order the artwork will be considered to have been proofed once submitted to Fast Cat Screen Printing LLC. If artwork submitted is still in draft form, the customer must make Fast Cat Screen Printing LLC aware that the art provided is not the final artwork for the order, and the order will go on hold until final artwork is approved.
